Hello, I am Clinical Psychologist Buket Yıldırım. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Özyeğin University. During my undergraduate studies, I had the opportunity to observe the clinical setting through an internship at Humanite Medical Center. I obtained my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Okan University with my thesis project titled “Examining the Impact of Maladaptive Schemas on Attachment Styles Toward Romantic Partners in Borderline Personality Disorder within the Framework of the Schema Therapy Model”. I completed my Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) training under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Hakan Türkçapar and continue my advanced theoretical CBT training. In my therapy sessions, I primarily use the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach and work with adult clients. Additionally, I integrate techniques from the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approach. I believe that sharing both positive and negative emotions, thoughts, and experiences is incredibly valuable and that they take shape and find meaning through sharing. That’s why I look forward to accompanying you on your therapy journey.
