Hello! I'm İlknur. As a Yoga and Face Yoga instructor, I love sharing some of the most enjoyable ways to build a deeper connection with the body. In addition to my 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified Yoga Teacher Training, I hold a 50-hour Face Yoga Instructor certification approved by Adem University. I am also a Level 1 Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor certified by the International Pilates Federation. I have been actively teaching for approximately 7 years. In every session, I prioritize listening to the wisdom of the body, creating a compassionate space through the breath, and fostering a meaningful connection with oneself. I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey.
