About the expert

After graduating from İzmir University of Economics with a degree in Psychology, she was admitted to the Clinical Neurosciences (Neuroscience) Master's program at Dokuz Eylül University, specializing in brain and cognitive functioning. During her master's studies, she began working as a TÜBİTAK 1001 project scholar (Project No: 112S459) in the Multidisciplinary Brain Dynamics Laboratory. During this period, she spent two years working with patients with Alzheimer’s disease and Mild Cognitive Impairment. After completing her thesis, she started working professionally as a specialist. She spent six years working with families and children at private schools. During the pandemic, she completed her second master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Rumeli University. She also served as a lecturer in the field of Neuropsychology at the same university. She completed Level 1 Schema Therapy training with Alp Karaosmanoğlu and Level 1 EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) training with Emre Konuk. She also completed the Basic Psychodrama Training at the Istanbul Psychodrama Institute. She currently works with adults using cognitive and experiential techniques. At her alma mater, she volunteers in the “Three Generations Master-Apprentice Project,” supporting psychology students. She organizes training sessions on Attachment and Psychological Resilience on various platforms. Additionally, her articles on her field are published in Psikeart Magazine and on uplifers.com.
