About the therapist

Nurcan Coşkun Yoga Alliance E-RYT500 After working for 20 years in various sectors of the private industry, I transitioned into the path of Yoga Teaching, where I can express myself more freely and happily. I have been an active yoga teacher since 2018. For one year in Gebze, I introduced yoga to over 150 women of all ages, many of whom were experiencing yoga for the first time, and helped them develop a love for it. During the summer of 2022, I held public yoga events organized by the Beşiktaş Municipality. With a special focus on women, I have developed unique practices involving feminine energy and pelvic breathing. These sessions have helped over 50 women find solutions to issues like irregular menstrual cycles and early menopause—an area of work that brings me great joy 🤗 For the past 2.5 years, I have been actively teaching at YogaŞala, Turkey’s first yoga studio. I also offer ongoing private and group classes online. Additionally, I continue to teach and lead trainings on online and corporate platforms. My general teaching principle is to create an inclusive environment that welcomes people of all ages and body types. I avoid overusing Sanskrit or foreign terminology, and instead, I adopt a simple and clear use of Turkish to ensure that everyone—whether they have prior yoga experience or not—can easily follow and adapt.
