About the therapist

She graduated with honors from the Psychology department of Istanbul Aydın University in 2016, where she studied on a full scholarship. In 2023, she completed her master's program in Clinical Psychology at Istanbul Arel University with her thesis titled "Early Maladaptive Schemas and Parental Stress Levels in Parents as Predictors of Parenting Behaviors." Throughout her undergraduate studies, she completed internships at various institutions, including Erenköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Hospital, Istanbul Courthouse, and private preschools. She adopts Schema Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as her therapeutic approaches, along with practicing Experiential Play Therapy. She is a member of the Turkish Psychological Association and the Cognitive Behavioral Therapies Association.
