About the therapist

The curiosity that led me to yoga in 2018 quickly turned it into a life practice that opened the door to my journey of self-discovery. Step by step, yoga has given me the courage I needed on my life path. For me, yoga is a journey of understanding myself and life through physical and inner practices. As a lifelong student on this path, I continuously strive to improve myself so I can be of greater service to others. Having received comprehensive training at one of Turkey’s well-established yoga schools, I aim to share what I’ve learned and help more people benefit from the transformative power of yoga. I teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga, as well as Fly Yoga classes. I also offer Breathwork and Meditation sessions.
