About the therapist

After completing my undergraduate studies at 19 Mayıs University, I served as a dietitian at Hacettepe University Adult Hospital. Working primarily in the Internal Medicine and Endocrinology wards, I gained clinical experience in nutritional therapy for metabolic conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, insulin resistance, and obesity. Through the weight-management programs I led at ODTÜ Mediko, I embraced sustainable, individualized planning methods for healthy weight control. I also completed graduate-level coursework at Hacettepe University’s Institute of Health Sciences. My special interest is in eating disorders. I believe that being thin does not necessarily mean being healthy, and I advocate that a healthy body weight is unique to each individual. I support my clients not only in managing their weight but also in building a life in harmony with their bodies. For over ten years, I have helped my clients improve their quality of life through health-focused, realistic, and holistic approaches. I’m here to guide them toward long-term balance rather than short-term diets.
