I am Clinical Psychologist Sinem Sultan Karaca. I graduated as the top student from the Department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance at Çukurova University in 2015, receiving the title of High Honor Student. I was awarded the High Achievement Certificate by the Dean's Office of Çukurova University. Since 2015, I have been providing mental support to the A basketball team athletes at Çukurova University, focusing on motivation, drive, flow state, and performance anxiety. In 2017, I successfully completed a 108-hour basic and advanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy training (supervised) provided by Prof. Dr. Psychiatrist Şükrü Uğuz at the Behavior Therapies Institute. In 2018, I attended a training on Psychological Resilience Development in Children and Adolescents by Developmental Psychologist Dr. Atanur Akar. Additionally, in the same year, I participated in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy training by Psychiatrist Ibrahim Bilgen, the founder of Bilgen Therapy Institute. In 2021, I completed my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Üsküdar University, where I was accepted with a scholarship for academic excellence. I earned the title of Clinical Psychologist by completing my research on "Investigating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in the Treatment of Panic Disorder." During my Master's program, I had the opportunity to receive training in Advanced Psychopathology from Prof. Dr. Psychiatrist Gökben Hızlı Sayar, Psychopharmacological Approaches and Neuromodulation Techniques from Assoc. Dr. Oğuz Tan, and Neurobiology and Neuropsychology from Dr. Sinan Canan. In 2023, I completed the EMDR Level 1 Practitioner training provided by Clinical Psychologist Emre Konuk at the Institute of Behavioral Sciences. I also began and continue to pursue training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, as per the standards set by the EABCT and provided by Prof. Dr. Mehmet Zihni Sungur. My primary areas of expertise include Panic Disorder, Social Phobia, Depression, Mood Disorders, Sleep Disorders, Relationship Issues, Family and Marriage Counseling, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Related Disorders. In my therapy sessions, I blend Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, believing that every soul, no matter how burned, can rise from its ashes stronger than before. Currently, I provide online psychotherapy services to clients from diverse cultures through online channels. I am passionate about my work, an animal lover, hardworking, and driven!

After completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology, she pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology to specialize in the clinical field. She has been seeing clients actively for 8 years. In the adult client domain, she applies talk therapy and/or EMDR therapy.
