I completed my undergraduate education in the Department of Psychology at Haliç University. In this process, I took part in a Kindergarten internship, observed chronic mental health patients at Bakırköy Psychiatric Hospital, and participated in the Public Success (Coaching Training) project. I conducted projects on Descriptive Analysis of the Relationship between the Harmony of Married Couples and Feminism Views, and Examining the Relationship between Tolerance by Considering the Socio-Cultural and Economic Variables of Primary School Students. During this period, I worked as an Adult and Child Psychologist in Women's and Family Health Centers. Afterwards, I worked as a Psychologist at the Provincial Directorate of Social Services Child Protection Agency (Child and Youth Services). I completed my master's degree at Arel University, Department of Psychology. Later, I worked as a manager in some private education institutions. During this time, I participated in the Biruni University Family Counseling Certificate Program and obtained the Family Counseling Certificate.

I completed my thesis-based Master’s program in Clinical Psychology at Istanbul Aydın University in 2025. During this time, I received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from Istanbul Aydın University and in Dynamic Psychotherapy from Dr. Doğan Şahin. I also trained in Relationship Therapy under Dr. Şahide Güliz Kolburan. Additionally, I have completed courses in Family Counseling at Marmara University, Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) with Dr. Alper Baştan, and Forensic Psychology with Dr. Duygu Buğa.

I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology at Beykent University. During my undergraduate education, I did my internship at TR Ministry of Health Istanbul Bakırköy Prof. Dr. Mazhar Osman Mental Health and Neurological Diseases Training and Research Hospital and Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Training and Research Hospital. I completed Yildiz Technical University Pedagogical Formation education, then I worked as a trainee school psychologist at Atışalanı Anatolian High School. I did my master's degree at Istanbul Gelişim University, where I researched the relationship between early maladaptive schemas, attachment styles, and separation anxiety in adults. I received training on adult and child testing, schema therapy, play therapy, family and social life counseling. I have adopted lifelong learning as a principle throughout my education life, attending many trainings, congresses, and workshops, and I am still following current education programs. I continue individual psychological counseling processes.

Clinical Psychologist Çağla İribaş graduated from the Psychology Department of Istanbul Okan University in 2021. She gained internship experience during the 2020-2021 period at Matesis Academy, where she participated in sessions focused on adults and adolescents. In 2022, she began the Master's program in Clinical Psychology at Istanbul Okan University, where she received training with an emphasis on dynamic therapy for adults. She also completed supervision processes within this therapeutic approach.
