She completed her undergraduate studies as an honors student in the English Psychology Department at Çankaya University. During her undergraduate years, she had the opportunity to intern at various institutions and organizations. She earned the title of "specialist" after completing her master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Istanbul Gedik University. She works with clients within the frameworks of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Humanistic and Existential Therapy, and EMDR Therapy. She is a practitioner of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which is effectively used in treating psychological issues such as Depression, Panic Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Anxiety Disorders. Additionally, Ayşenur Ölmez is a Family Counselor and works with adolescents, adults, and couples in her practice.

After graduating from the Psychology Department at Istanbul University, I completed my Master's in Clinical Psychology at Üsküdar University. I also obtained my Pedagogical Formation from Istanbul University, the same university from which I graduated. I received my Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) training from Prof. Dr. Mehmet Zihni Sungur. I adopt an eclectic approach in therapy. I use EMDR Therapy for trauma treatment. Based on the idea that "the depth of therapy depends on the depth of the therapist," I strive to be sensitive and attentive to the issues discussed in my therapeutic work.
